Dehloran Cement Project with the capacity of 4000 T/D is located in 50 hectares land, 12 km from south west of Dehloran city in Ilam province in Iran.
The essential operations for preparing factory land such as aerial topography in desired scales, mechanical and soil resistance tests, initial and semi-detailed studies in 600 hectares of raw material mines have been started since 2004, of course these studies will continue during the construction operation.
Main foreign equipments of production line are purchased from 8 well-known European manufacturers and totally entered the site. By gradually obtaining designs of Iran-made equipments, 6 Iranian companies are going to produce them.
The execution of construction operations of production line and ancillary buildings has been started since 2006 by one Iranian contractor.
Right now the execution of the project operations is done by utilizing the purchased 1 MW capacity from the 20 KV electricity line, and the required electricity contract (during the operation period) with the capacity of 18 MW and using the 230/132 KV post is signed.
The Design and Engineering contracts of industrial & non-industrial water & sewage system of the factory, beside the electrical system of production line and ancillary buildings are signed in 2007.
