North Coke Making

North Coke Manufactories Co. was established in 2003 with the purpose of extracting, processing & transforming coal to metallurgical coke.

Coal Mining Activities, By owning the Galrian coal mines in north province of IRAN with the minable reserve of 27 M.T. and Y>19 mm., according to the latest exploitation schedule the rate of production is going to be 100/000 T/Y for the first period and will increase to 400,000 T/Y at the final stage of development. Also establishment of coal washing plant is under consideration and it will become active in second phase of development. B.

Coke Making plants, Arsh Holding owns two coke making plants which both of them are in the phase of establishment.

1. SHAHROOD Coke Making Plant.
   With the production of 400,000 T/Y metallurgical coke in SEMNAN province at north east part of IRAN which will be operative in 2010.
2. MEYBOD Coke Making Plant.
   With production capacity of 850,000 T/Y metallurgical cokes in YAZD province at central part of IRAN which will be operative in 2010. ARSH Holding is strongly eager and hopeful those 3 important and big projects could have a boost benefit for steel industry in our country.
